I am new to the city and did not know where to go. I am very glad I found this place. I have been to a prior workshop who put in a faulty wheel hub, but they immediately diagnosed that correctly and are priced reasonably. Also they did the full inspection, multiple repairs super fast. Sebastion was great to deal with, he confidently calmed my concerns, and explained clearly why they think it is broken, how they diagnosed it etc. They also pointed out a rusty exhaust, but made me aware that a muffler shop will be a cheaper alternative for me and I should go get it fixed there, because they can only change it completely. I appreciated the whole process and will bring my car back to them if it needs love again.

This was my first experience with Import Auto and it was great! Everyone is so nice, and I feel that they are very honest. I immediately set up an appointment for my other car. I would definitely recommend them!

I completely trust Import Auto Care with all of my car repairs and maintenance. Have for years. They are trustworthy, provide excellent and quality work and at a great price. Battery on my 2019 Honda CRV died unexpectedly. Had it jumped and dropped car off after hours and they called me before they opened the following morning to find out what was wrong with my car. Repairs all made before they closed that exact day. Car runs perfectly now. I highly recommend Import Auto Care!
